PREORDERS EXCEPTION OF REGULAR SHIPPING STANDARDS.
IN RESPONSE TO COVID 19 AND ITS IMPACT ON BUSINESS OPERATIONS & SHIPPING PARTNERS, ORDERS MAY EXPERIENCE EXTENDED PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
♡ Prints ship worldwide, flat.
♡ Domestic orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production and shipping time. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. This timeframe excludes pre-orders.
♡ International orders: Please allow us 4 weeks for production and shipping. However, actual delivery times will vary depending on your location, your items ordered, and your country's custom regulations. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery. This timeframe excludes pre-orders. No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to unpaid customer fees.
♡ Pre-order shipping: When an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery. We works tirelessly with our manufacturers to ensure accurate release dates on our site. Occasionally, manufacturers run into problems during the production of an item and the release date must be changed. Sometimes dates move forward; more often they move back, and frequently they get changed more than once. We will always keep our customers up to date with any scheduled changes.
♡ Pre-order shipping: We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We immediately process and ship all pre-orders 7 days a week upon arrival, in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one or two business days.
♡ Shipping fees are non-refundable: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses or returned shipments. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returns are initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us. Exceptions are if a customer receives a damaged good and/or receives an incorrect order/item(s) from us. Only then, it is the responsibility of Alythuh LLC to cover any shipping expenses.
